After lasting until Final Tribal Council along with Amanda and Dalton, his original Galu tribemates, Jason endured the Jury's questions and garnered three jury votes of seven. After the first six jury votes were split 3-3 between Amanda and Jason, and the seventh vote went towards Dalton, the Juror who voted for Dalton had to re-vote for either Amanda or Jason. The Juror voted for Amanda, making Jason the runner-up of Season 2.
